If your desire is lake living, you will love Lake Anna , with it's beautiful lakefront and lake view properties directly on the main lake or on the more tranquil tributaries the lake offers. With most of the communities around the lake, properties not located directly on the lake still have access to the lake for boating, fishing, beaches and other ammenities, through waterfront common or park areas.
Lake Anna is centrally located between Fredericksburg, Richmond, Charlottesville and Culpeper, Virginia providing excellent shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and other amenities for Lake Anna residents, vacationers and guests within an hours drive. We are approximately an hour and a half to the Washington DC metro area. The town of Louisa is about a 15 minute drive and provides several restaurants, fast food, grocers and other useful stores.
If you prefer to be off of Lake Anna possibly to have more acreage, horses, livestock or just a country setting, we can also offer country properties in the area. Offerings include homes, lots and larger acreages including farms and equestrian estates.
If surburban living is your style, our in-town home and land properties are generally in and around the historic city of Fredericksburg, Virginia. On occasion though, in-town properties become available close to some of our local towns of Louisa, Mineral, Orange and others.
